The Capitol at Chelsea is where shopaholics go to live. To the north are the elegant Fifth and Madison Avenue shops. Herald square is a few blocks to the northwest. South and west, you'll find the fancy boutiques, specialty stores and galleries of Chelsea, SoHo, Tribeca and Greenwich Village. Whatever you couldn't find north, west and south is probably available to the east on Park and Third Avenues.
